2. The bracket production process: Stamping, deep drawn, cut edges, deburr, welding, zinc plating, rubber assembly, inspection and packing etc.
3. We make kinds of stamping parts, deep drawn parts, welding parts according to clients blue prints and reference samples.
4. We have 10mm, 8mm shears machinery; 15 ton---250 ton stamping machinery, 100 ton ---630 ton hydraulic deep drawn machinery; 6 sets CNC machines1 grinding machine and 3 tig welding machinery & 3 CO2 protection welding machinery.
