1. The deep drawn parts details: Material-- HRS, CRS, stainless steel. Thickness 6.35mm, diameter 145mm, height: 152mm. Bottom with machined 50mm (diameter) holes., upper round edge machined according to client's requirement.

2. We also make kinds of OEM stamping parts, deep drawn parts, threaded and welding products etc. Most of our products are developed and made according to clients drawings and reference samples.

3. Our capability:

1) stamping machinery: 15--200 tons for kinds of stamping parts.

2) hydraulic press machinery: 100 ton, 200 ton, 315 ton, and 630 tons for kinds of deep drawn products, material mainly with carbon steel and stainless steel 304, 316.

3) welding: 4 tig welding machinery, and 2 CO2 production automatic welding machinery.

4) We design and develop stamping and deep drawn toolings by our own engineers.

5) We also make machining, CNC and surface treatment according to clients requirement. Surface treatment such as zinc plating, chrome plating, nickel plating, powder coated etc are for outside source.
